2025 Visual Ergonomics and Health

Standardized meetings

(Second round of notifications)

Visual guardianship, standards first

In today's digital era, on the one hand, intelligent display terminals have become an indispensable tool for people's daily work, life, entertainment and access to information, which brings convenience to work and information exchange and at the same time causes visual health problems due to prolonged use. Superimposed on unsuitable lighting conditions, people's visual health problems have become more and more serious, and have become the focus of national and social attention.

In order to discuss the "human-centered" visual ergonomics design and assessment technology, accelerate the process of visual ergonomics standardization, effectively protect consumers' visual health, and promote the development of related industries, the China National Institute of Standardization (CNIS) will hold a conference on visual ergonomics and health standardization on April 15, 2025 in Beijing. Scholars, industry experts and researchers are cordially invited to participate in this conference, which is hereby notified as follows:

Theme of the Conference

This conference will focus on visual ergonomics and health issues in the consumer electronics industry, including analysis of factors affecting visual health and mechanism research, visual ergonomics research and evaluation methods and tools, international and domestic standardization progress of visual ergonomics, as well as typical enterprise application cases and standardization countermeasures seminar.
