Artificial Intelligence ((AI) technology is deeply and widely reshaping human development. The engineering and construction industry, led by AI technology, is developing in the direction of intelligence, efficiency, and sustainability, and is comprehensively penetrating and covering the whole life cycle of engineering, such as intelligent construction. However, with the wide application of AI technology, it also brings new challenges such as social ethics and psychological impacts. For example, how to realize "human-centered" human-machine collaboration in the engineering and construction industry? How to balance the relationship between technological progress and job security? How to establish an effective regulatory mechanism to ensure the legal and compliant use of AI? How to protect privacy and security? etc.
In the face of these challenges, this conference focuses on the engineering construction management industry, cross-fertilizes experts and scholars in neuroscience, computer science, and other fields of human factors engineering, and launches innovative discussions on the health and sustainable development of the construction industry, real estate industry, urban renewal, rural revitalization, infrastructure construction, etc., to explore the latest research dynamics, development trends, and innovative solutions of neural engineering management in the era of artificial intelligence. We will explore the latest research trends, development trends and interdisciplinary integration and innovation programs of neural engineering management in the era of artificial intelligence.
This conference is the third in a series of academic conferences on neural engineering management, which is organized by the Engineering Construction Management Committee of the Chinese Society for Technical Economics. The first and second Neural Engineering Management Conferences will be held in Chongqing University and Central South University in 2023 and 2024, respectively. Focusing on Neuroengineering Management, a cross-disciplinary research direction of engineering management and cognitive neuroscience, the conference series will invite experts from academia and industry to participate in the academic discussions. During the same period, the 2025 Annual Conference of Engineering Construction Management Committee of China Society for Technical Economics will be held.
