I. Introduction to the meeting

Co-organized by the Management Ergonomics Committee and the Intelligent Interaction and Experience Committee of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics, and hosted by Xi'an University of Science and Technology.The 23rd Management Ergonomics & The 3rd Intelligent Interaction and Experience Conference & The 3rd International Symposium on Safety Management Theory and Practice of the Chinese Ergonomics Society, which will be held on April 19-21, 2024 in Xi'an. The conference is organized as a"Winning the Future: Human Factors *Safety* Health in the Digital Age"The theme of the conference is to explore the intersection, integration and innovation of ergonomics and safety, engineering, emergency response, management, neuroscience, information interaction, artificial intelligence and other disciplines, share the latest research and practice results of domestic and foreign academics and industries in the fields of management ergonomics, intelligent interaction and experience, safety and emergency management, and to build a cross-disciplinary, high-quality, open and inclusive academic exchange platform for the scholars and technicians engaged in the research of the above fields, High-quality, open and inclusive academic exchange platform for scholars and technicians engaged in the above fields.

In recent years, the membership of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics has gradually grown in size, the number of specialized fields involved has gradually increased, the issues considered have become more and more in-depth, the research methods and means have become more and more new, and the research results have become more and more fruitful. The Management Ergonomics Specialized Committee has successfully held 22 academic conferences, and the Intelligent Interaction and Experience Specialized Committee has successfully held 2 annual academic conferences, gathering many experts and academic newcomers, and the research and application of the convergence of ergonomics and safety management have been better strengthened and promoted. At the same time, the social demand for high-quality development constantly calls for people to pay attention to "Human Factors*Safety*Health". This conference is jointly organized by two professional committees of China Ergonomics Society, namely Management Ergonomics and Intelligent Interaction and Experience, which invites well-known scholars and experts from home and abroad in the fields of ergonomics, safety, psychology, neuroscience, computer science and other disciplines to make a report on the interdisciplinary frontiers and hot spots of the field of research, and at the same time organizes a number of sub-sessions for scholars and business experts to provide opportunities for demonstration. We warmly welcome the participation of scholars and experts in the fields of Human Factors Engineering, Management Ergonomics, Behavioral Safety and Safety Management, Intelligent Interaction and Experience, Psychology, Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence, Information Interaction, and related fields!

II. Hengzhi TechnologyWorkshops

Workshop Introduction: The "Human Factors Scientific Experimental Instrument Theory and Operation Training Workshop", jointly organized by Beijing Hengzheng Technology Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Human Factors Engineering Technology Research Institute, aims to share the knowledge of human factors ergonomics and management of ergonomics as well as related experimental experience with the attendees. Experimental design ideas and methods in ergonomics will be shared and explained in detail with relevant cases. We hope to bring new ideas to the participants. Participation is free of charge.
