From October 12 to 14, the 22nd Management Ergonomics and 3rd Design Ergonomics Academic Conference of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics and the International Symposium on Industry-Education Integration of Healthy and Intelligent Home Human Factors Engineering, which was co-sponsored by the Management Ergonomics and Design Ergonomics Committees of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics and hosted by the Nanjing Forestry University, was successfully held in Nanjing. Prof. Yongqiang, President of Nanjing Forestry University, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, and Prof. Li Weilin, Vice President, presided over the opening ceremony. Prof. Guo Fu, Chairman of Chinese Society of Ergonomics, Prof. Wang Mingyang, Chairman of Chinese Association of Human Factors Ergonomics, Prof. Jiang Zuhua, Chairman of Management Ergonomics Committee of Chinese Society of Ergonomics, and Prof. Xue Chengqi, Chairman of Design Ergonomics Committee of Chinese Society of Ergonomics, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. The Office of the President of Nanjing Forestry University, Development Planning and Discipline Construction Department, Science and Technology Department, International Cooperation Department and Home and Industrial Design College and other relevant departments and colleges were present at the opening ceremony. A total of nearly 400 experts, scholars and graduate students from home and abroad attended the meeting.

The Management Ergonomics Committee and Design Ergonomics Committee of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics organize an academic conference once a year, in which experts and scholars in the related fields fully display the latest research progress and achievements in their fields. The conference also attracts a large number of scholars from interdisciplinary fields such as management, design, psychology, neuroscience and computer science.

This year's conference is chaired by Prof. Zhang Wei, Chairman of the 6th and 7th Councils of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics, and Prof. Guo Fu, Chairman of the 8th Council and former Chairman of the Management Ergonomics Committee, and Prof. Xue Chengqi, Chairman of the Design Ergonomics Committee, as Honorary Chairmen. With the theme of "Human Factors - Health - Wisdom", the conference explores the intersection and integration of ergonomics with engineering, design, management, neuroscience, information interaction, artificial intelligence and other disciplines, and shares the latest research and practice results of domestic and foreign academics and industries in the fields of management ergonomics and design ergonomics to build a platform for scholars and technologists engaging in the above fields to learn more about ergonomics. The conference aims to build an interdisciplinary, high-quality, open and inclusive academic exchange platform for scholars and technicians engaged in the above fields.
