I. Introduction to the meeting

Co-sponsored by the Intelligent Interaction and Experience Branch, Management Ergonomics Branch, and Intelligent Wear and Clothing Human Factors Branch of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics, the 4th Intelligent Interaction and Experience, the 24th Management Ergonomics, and the 3rd Intelligent Wear and Clothing Human Factors Academic Conference of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics, will be held from August 7-9, 2025, in Guiyang, China. With the theme of "Winning the Future: Human Factors*Interaction*Management in the Age of Digital Intelligence", the conference aims to explore the intersection, fusion and innovation between ergonomics and management, psychology, information interaction, intelligent manufacturing and artificial intelligence, and to share the latest research in the areas of intelligent interaction and experience, management ergonomics, smart wear and clothing ergonomics in the domestic and international academic and industrial communities. It aims to share the latest research and practical achievements in the fields of intelligent interaction and experience, management ergonomics, smart wear and clothing ergonomics from domestic and foreign academia and industry, and to build an interdisciplinary, high-quality, open and inclusive academic exchange platform for scholars and technicians engaged in the research of the above fields.

In recent years, the Chinese Society of Ergonomics has been growing in membership size, covering more and more professional fields, thinking more and more deeply about the issues, new research methods and means, and fruitful research results. The Intelligent Interaction and Experience Branch has successfully held 3 annual academic conferences, the Management Ergonomics Branch has successfully held 23 annual academic conferences, and the Intelligent Wear and Clothing Ergonomics Branch has successfully held 2 annual academic conferences, which has gathered a lot of experts and newcomers to the academic field. The research and application of intelligent interaction and experience, management ergonomics and the convergence of smart wear and clothing human factors have also been better strengthened and promoted. The social demand for high-quality development calls for people to pay attention to "Human Factors*Interaction*Management". This conference is co-sponsored by three branches of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics, namely, Intelligent Interaction and Experience, Management Ergonomics, and Intelligent Wear and Clothing Human Factors, which invites renowned scholars and experts from home and abroad in the disciplines of Intelligent Interaction and Experience, Ergonomics, Intelligent Wear and Clothing, Management, Intelligent Manufacturing, and Computer Science, etc. to make a report on the cross-disciplinary frontiers and hot spots of the field, and at the same time, organizes a number of sub-sessions of the academic report to provide At the same time, several sessions will be organized to provide opportunities for scholars and enterprise experts to present their work. We warmly welcome colleagues engaged in human factors engineering, intelligent interaction and experience, management ergonomics, smart wear and clothing human factors, intelligent design and manufacturing, artificial intelligence, information interaction and related fields to attend the conference!

V. Contributions to the Conference

Experts, scholars and graduate students in this field are cordially invited to participate in the conference and submit papers. All papers will be evaluated by the paper review committee and recommended to be presented at the conference.

The conference accepts full papers or abstracts, which must not have been publicly published in official journals or conferences at home and abroad, and are responsible for their own papers. The selected outstanding papers will be awarded by the conference and recommended to journals such as Journal of Mechanical Engineering, Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems and Ergonomics.
