The conference brings together academicians and high-end talents from related fields in academia, as well as executives, industry leaders, young talents and R&D personnel from industry, to systematically discuss the breakthroughs in human-centered computing paradigm and the innovative theoretical system of human-machine convergence in the field of human-computing by focusing on the multi-dimensional interactions and synergistic symbiosis of the duality of the human-machine subject, It will systematically discuss cutting-edge breakthroughs in the human-centric computing paradigm, as well as innovative theoretical systems, key technological methods and engineering realization paths in the field of human-machine fusion computing, promote the in-depth synergy and industrial transformation of pervasive computing, human-computer interaction, artificial intelligence and smart wearable technologies, and look forward to human-computing computing empowering industry, academia, and research, improving new quality productivity, and facilitating the digitalization and intelligent social change.

The opening ceremony of the conference was hosted by the executive chairman of the conference, Prof. Liming Chen, Chair Professor of Dalian University of Technology. Prof. Jin Hai, Prof. Luo Zhonghyun and Prof. Yu Zhiwen delivered speeches on behalf of the Chinese Computer Society, the organizers Dalian University of Technology and Dalian University, and the Chinese Conference on Human-Computer Computing, respectively.

The opening ceremony was followed by the annual awards ceremony of the Pervasive Computing and Human-Computer Interaction Committees. Prof. Yu Zhiwen and Prof. Tian Feng, Directors of Pervasive Computing and HCI Committees, presented the "Volunteer of the Year for Outstanding Contribution", "Doctoral Dissertation Incentive Program", "Young Scholar Incentive Program", "Harmonious Human-Computer Environment Joint Academic Conference Award of Excellence", "Top Science and Technology Award" and "Highest Science and Technology Award" to the volunteers of the two committees. Prof. Tian Feng and Prof. Zhou Zhiwen presented certificates of honor to the recipients of "Volunteer of the Year for Outstanding Contribution", "Doctoral Dissertation Incentive Program", "Young Scholar Incentive Program", "Harmonious Human-Computer Environment Joint Symposium Outstanding Contribution Award", "Highest Science and Technology Award" of the two committees. Prof. Zhou Xingshe of Northwestern Polytechnical University and Prof. Zhang Daqing of Peking University delivered their speeches. Afterwards, the conference held the launching ceremony of "2025 National General Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Application Competition".

Two main forums were organized. The first main forum, moderated by Prof. Pan Gang of Zhejiang University, focused on "Human-Computing: Past Life, Present Life and Future", and invited experts in related fields, including Wang Zhonglin, Dai Guozhong, Yu Zhiwen, Jin Hai, Tian Feng, Wang Yongtian, Zhang Daqing, Allergy Yi, and Pan Gang, to have in-depth discussions. Hosted by Dr. Tang Zhenming, Secretary of the Party Committee of ChinaSoft International, the second main forum focused on "Human-Computer Computing Empowering Industry, Academia, Research and Application: Practices, Vision and Challenges", inviting executives from domestic headquartered companies Xu Hongyin, Wan Ruyi, Wang Xiyin, and university presidents Luo Zhongxun, Wang Xingwei, and Prof. Liu Haiwen to conduct in-depth dialogues and debates.

The conference held 22 featured forums, 15 PCC and CHCI top-session top-issue exchanges of papers, as well as excellent papers, poster presentations, and technical DEMO presentations, which attracted a large number of scholars, developers, and practitioners from the fields of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and other disciplines.
