June 20, 2025, PM, "3rd Academic Conference Workshop on Neuroengineering Management" InSoutheast University (Kowloon Lake Campus)Successfully held. At the beginning of the session.Prof. Ye Gui, Chairman of Engineering Construction Management Committee, Chongqing UniversityHe delivered an opening speech. Combined with the latest academic research results at home and abroad and typical industry application cases, he demonstrated the cutting-edge trend of the development of management science in the era of digital intelligence in an all-round and multi-level manner, which triggered the participants' in-depth thinking and enthusiastic discussion on the new direction of the discipline's development.

Prof. Zou Xiaowei from Chang'an University and Prof. Xu Xiaoling from Nanjing Forestry University co-hosted the session on "Hybrid Research Methodology and Strategy: Theory and Practice in Engineering Management". Taking "Research Methodology and Strategy: Theory and Practice" as the theoretical support, the two professors centered on its core content, and systematically explained the theoretical foundation, design structure, application scope, and quality assessment standard of hybrid research methodology. Combined with their own rich research practice cases, they explained in detail the specific application path of this methodology in engineering management research in an in-depth manner, which effectively enhanced the understanding of teachers and students on the depth of the mixed research methodology and the ability to apply it in practice.

Prof. Bin Jiang of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) gave an academic sharing on "Vibrant City Construction and Renewal Assisted by Artificial Intelligence and Human Factors Technology". Professor Jiang Bin focused on the strategic significance of the in-depth integration of technology and humanities in the process of urban construction and renewal, and introduced in detail how to comprehensively use big data analysis, machine learning, human-computer interaction and other cutting-edge technological means to accurately capture the citizens' behavioral patterns and emotional appeals, so as to provide scientific and detailed decision-making basis for the optimization of the layout of the urban space and the iterative upgrading of the functions, and provide innovative solutions and forward-looking ideas for the promotion of the construction and sustainable development of the smart city.
