1. Conference fee rates

Note: ① Participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation expenses. ② Abstracts of the papers ofSubmission date extended to September 16, the final round of acceptance notifications will be sent out by September 17th. ③Participants whose abstracts have been accepted and who have confirmed payment of their fees, pleaseMake your own poster (80cm×180cm) for display and report..Papers will not be included if fees are not paid by September 18th.

2. Mode of payment

The conference will be charged and invoiced by the Chinese Psychological Association, and participants should register and pay the fee by logging into the conference system of the Chinese Psychological Association at http://engineeringpsy2024.psysoc.org.cn/ (or click on the "read original text" to jump).

(1) On the right side of the webpage, under "Registration and Submission", select "Register for a Conference Account" or "Log in to an Existing Account" to register and log in.

(2) Fill in the invoice information in the "Invoice Information" column of "My Registration Information"; please make sure to fill in the invoice header and taxpayer identification number correctly. Please confirm the relevant information with the financial department of your organization in advance. Once the invoice is issued, it will not be modified or replaced; if there is no reimbursement unit, the invoice header can be filled in with the name of the participant, and the taxpayer identification number will be the ID card number, and the invoice can only be submitted after the completion of the invoice information.

(3) Payment can be made by WeChat, Alipay or bank transfer. Click on "View My Meeting Fee Details" in "Payment Information", or click on the red text of "Unpaid" in the left column of the payment status to make online payment.

3. Important reminders

(1) Participants are requested to confirm in advance with the finance department of the reimbursing organization whether payment must be made by official card or public-to-public transfer, so as to avoid problems of non-reimbursement.

(2) All participants are required to register in the conference system and fill in the invoice information and pay the fee.

(3) If you are a registered member of the Chinese Psychological Association, please register and log in with the same cell phone number as in the membership system in order to read the membership information and enjoy the member preferential policies.

(4) If you pay the fee by Alipay or WeChat, you can bind your official card to pay the fee; if you pay the fee by bank remittance, please note the participant's name in the remittance memo and upload the bank remittance voucher on the payment page of the conference system for the purpose of financial reconciliation.

(5) If your account has been in the state of "unpaid", please verify whether your online payment is successful or not, and please contact the conference organizer in time for special circumstances.
