In recent years, the membership of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics has gradually grown in size, the number of specialized fields involved has gradually increased, the issues considered have become more and more in-depth, the research methods and means have become more and more new, and the research results have become more and more fruitful. The Management Ergonomics Specialized Committee has successfully held 22 academic conferences, and the Intelligent Interaction and Experience Specialized Committee has successfully held 2 annual academic conferences, gathering many experts and academic newcomers, and the research and application of the convergence of ergonomics and safety management have been better strengthened and promoted. At the same time, the social demand for high-quality development constantly calls for people to pay attention to "Human Factors*Safety*Health". This conference is jointly organized by two professional committees of China Ergonomics Society, namely Management Ergonomics and Intelligent Interaction and Experience, which invites well-known scholars and experts from home and abroad in the fields of ergonomics, safety, psychology, neuroscience, computer science and other disciplines to make a report on the interdisciplinary frontiers and hot spots of the field of research, and at the same time organizes a number of sub-sessions for scholars and business experts to provide opportunities for demonstration.
