He is currently an associate professor at the School of Creative Design of Shenzhen University of Technology (SZUT), and a "Runyuan Youth PI" at SZUT. He mainly researches on the interaction design, user experience and human factors engineering of intelligent systems and products, such as intelligent cars, smart home systems, intelligent voice robots, and so on. In recent years, he has presided over more than 10 vertical projects, such as the Humanities and Social Sciences Fund Project of the Ministry of Education, the Social Sciences Planning Fund Project of Guangdong Province, and the Guangdong Characteristic Innovation Project (Philosophy and Social Sciences). His main achievements and results include: published more than 40 academic papers as the first and corresponding authors in SCI, EI, CSCD, CSSCI, Chinese core, etc.; published 13 books (10 books under the first signature, including one in English and three under the second signature); participated in the writing of two national standards on ergonomics and signage design; obtained international and domestic invention patents, utility model patents, He has been awarded more than 40 patents for invention, utility model, and design; completed more than 20 horizontal projects commissioned by Huawei, OPPO, Huichuan, Midea, Changhong, etc.; and has been invited to give more than 20 academic presentations at academic conferences related to Interaction Design, Experience Design, and Human Factors Engineering/Ergonomics.

II. Requirements for recruitment
1. Not older than 40 years old, healthy and capable of working requirements;
2. Have a doctoral degree (or about to get a doctoral degree) in human-computer interaction, industrial design, user experience, engineering psychology and other related majors, and be familiar with the basic knowledge and cutting-edge theoretical directions in this field;

III. Job responsibilities
1. Undertake important subject projects together with the subject group leader and complete the scientific research tasks according to the plan;2. Assist the subject group leader in research project application and research team building;3. Publish high-level scientific research papers and meet the university's basic requirements for full-time researchers.
