The 6th China Vision Science Conference (CVSC2024)

The 6th China Vision Science Conference (CVSC2024) will be held on November 28-December 1, 2024 in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. The conference is hosted by the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and co-organized by Sun Yat-sen Ophthalmic Center, Sun Yat-sen University and Guangdong Optometric Society. The conference will continue to focus on advances in basic and related disciplines of vision science, promote academic exchanges in vision science research, and promote cross-disciplinary integration to help research on mechanisms and prevention methods of myopia and other visual system diseases.

III. Essay requirements

(9Month3Day--10Month15(day)

1. Abstracts are available in both Chinese and English. Please provide both Chinese and English title information in the word template.
2. Abstracts received for the meeting will be presented in the form of oral presentations or wall postings.
3. The previous China Vision Science Conference has attached great importance to the posting of poster sessions and exchanges. The authors of the posters are requested to prepare the posters carefully and post them according to the serial numbers two hours in advance. During the poster exchange, the "Student Outstanding Poster Selection Committee" will select the posters with students as the first authors, and select 10 posters based on the reliability of the results, innovativeness, and the production and presentation of the panels, and so on.A good wall newspaper of about one article.
4. This conference will also select one winner of "Li Chaoyi Outstanding Paper Award" and two winners of "Li Chaoyi Outstanding Paper Nomination Award". Selection principle: the submission is the first author of the student's published or unpublished results in the last three years (2022-2024), the conference review and acceptance of the oral report and the first author of the oral report at the CVSC, by the review panel on-site scoring to determine the final Outstanding Paper Award and Nominee Award winners. All the above awards will be announced in the summary session of the conference.
5. Abstracts received at this conference will be published in Advances in Psychological Science as a themed collection.

V. Participation costs

The cost of participation includes a registration fee. All participants are required to pay the registration fee.
Registration fee rates:
1. Early Registration (October 25th~November 15th)
Teachers 1600 RMB/person, postdocs 1300 RMB/person, students 900 RMB/person.
2. On-site registration:
Teachers 1800 RMB/person, postdocs 1500 RMB/person, students 1100 RMB/person.
