I. Theme of the session
Theme: Integration-Innovation--Shaping a New Paradigm and Practice of Engineering Project Management by Management×Technology Double Wheel Drive
We are in an era where technological revolution and management change are deeply intertwined: disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and digital twins are accelerating their iteration, and management needs such as resilient construction, green and low-carbon, and agile response are being upgraded comprehensively. The complexity of engineering projects has broken through the carrying limit of traditional one-dimensional solutions, and breakthrough thinking and systematic methods are urgently needed.
This year's forum, with the core theme of "Integration - Innovation", focuses on the key path of "deep mutual embeddedness between management and technology" and the innovation paradigm of "management × technology double-wheel drive". Through the two-way empowerment and value symbiosis of management demand and technology capability, it promotes the precise traction of management demand in the direction of technological innovation, and the effective feedback of technological capability in the leap of management efficiency, and shapes the new paradigm and practice of engineering project management that is suitable for the complex challenges by the symbiotic power of management and technology.
