On August 16th, Prof. Zhao Lin from Southwest University of Finance and Economics and Prof. Fu Hanliang from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology visited HBTS. Zhao Lin is a Distinguished Young Professor of the Guanghua Distinguished Scholar Program at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. She is mainly engaged in the research of "Behavioral Economics", "Decision Analysis", "Risk Management" and other fields, and has presided over and participated in a number of scientific research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 30 papers in Management Science, European Journal of Operations Research, Journal of Risk and Insurance, Insurance: Mathematics and Economics and other international journals. He has published more than 30 papers. He is currently an Associate Editor of Decision Sciences Journal, Editorial Reviewer of Decision Sciences Journal, Reviewer of Econometrica and Operations Research. Reviewer. He was honored with the 2017 "Guan Zhaozhi" Young Research Award in System Sciences and the 2020 Young Science and Technology Award in System Sciences and Engineering.

Fu Hanliang is the head of Neural Engineering Management Laboratory of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology (XUAST), a professor of the School of Management, the executive deputy secretary-general of Neuroeconomic Management Committee of China Society of Technological Economics, a committee member of Neural Management and Neural Engineering Sub-committee of the Society for Management Science and Engineering, and a scholar of the Qinling ecological environment. He has been reported by Huashang Daily, the first circulation newspaper in Shaanxi Province, as one of the "Five New Shaanxi" 50 party members after 90 years.
