I. Introduction to the meeting

Organized by the Chinese Society of Ergonomics and hosted by the College of Business Administration of Northeastern University.2025 Academic Conference of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics.will be published inJuly 4-6, 2025InShenyang prefecture level city in HenanThe conference will be held. With the theme of "AI-enabled Human Factors Engineering", this conference discusses the opportunities and challenges of ergonomics in the era of artificial intelligence, shares the latest research and practice results in various fields of human factors and ergonomics, strengthens the communication and cooperation between experts and scholars in the field of ergonomics, promotes the innovative development of human factors and ergonomics, and enhances the domestic and international influence of ergonomics. It will also promote the innovative development of human factors and ergonomics research fields, enhance the domestic and international influence of ergonomics, and build a high-quality academic exchange platform for scholars, technicians and postgraduates.

In recent years, the Chinese Society of Ergonomics (CSE) has continued to grow and develop, the number of members has been increasing, the academic exchanges among different chapters have been very active, and both academic research and social services have shown a vigorous and deepening development trend. In order to promote academic exchanges between different chapters of the General Assembly, and to show the research results in various fields of ergonomics, this conference is organized, and well-known scholars and industry experts in the field of human factors and ergonomics at home and abroad will be invited to make a conference report, and at the same time organize a number of sub-sessions of academic reports. A council meeting of the Society will also be held during the conference, and it is warmly hoped that colleagues in the field of human factors and ergonomics will attend the conference!

V. Contributions to the Conference

Experts, scholars and graduate students in this field are cordially invited to participate in the conference and submit papers. All contributions will be evaluated by the Academic Committee of the conference and recommended to be presented at the conference.

The conference accepts submissions of full papers or abstracts, which must be papers that have not been publicly published in official journals or conferences at home and abroad, and are responsible for their own papers. The conference will award prizes to the selected outstanding papers and recommend them to journals such as Industrial Engineering and Management and Ergonomics.
